My love of being on camera started at a young age when I trained as a child actor at the Italia Conti Theatre School, this gave me early experience of scripts, cameras and live audiences. This foundation in performance has shaped everything I’ve done since, from presenting on screen, working as a life coach and helping clients to show up more confidently on camera.

Over the years I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy a varied and exciting career on screen and some of my favourite moments include appearances  on Channel 4’s consumer series 'Shop Secrets: Tricks of the Trade', where I went undercover in a high street beauty salon to expose beauty industry scams and taking on an undercover role in E4’s hidden camera comedy prank sho w 'iCon'. I’ve guest presented beauty segmentson some of the UK’s best‑known shopping channels, appeared on BetaSquads livestream as AJ and Niko's therapist and even had the fun experience of working alongside Ed Sheeran as a parody presenter in his music video Anti‑Social! 

Alongside this on‑screen work, I’ve built a parallel career as a confidence and wellbeing coach, content creator and educator. I create holistic wellness content, lecture on skin health and partner with The Chelsea Laboratory on a range of skincare products, often appearing in their media campaigns online and in print. Everything I do is rooted in the belief that confidence, wellbeing and radiance are interconnected.

All my work blends professional training with real‑world media experience and my aim is always the same; to help people feel more grounded, more confident and more themselves, whether they’re sitting in front of a mirror, a camera or a major life decision.
